Practices to Increase Productivity

Life is competitive! Whether it be at work, school or even home, being productive is required to stand out. Here are a few things that you can do to get the productivity flowing.

Get Rid of Distractions

There are an endless number of apps that tempt you to become sidetracked. They don't always have to be games, though! Banking or dealing with other errands can easily be done on your phone or online, taking away from your work. Give yourself strict restrictions on when you can use these apps.

Good Diet and Sleep Schedule

Many people who work long hours find themselves snacking throughout the day when they need to be eating a healthy meal. They also don't get nearly as much sleep as they should without a good sleep aid. This can throw off your productivity, but even worse it can negatively affect your health. Break your work goals into sections that can be accomplished in under an hour. Take small breaks in between.

Start the Day the Night Before

At night, get your clothes picked out for the next day. Make sure everything you'll need for breakfast in the morning is laid out and ready to go when you wake. Check the weather and traffic forecast. Don't drink caffeine or alcoholic beverages after 6 pm. Go to bed early. You should always stick to this schedule, except for weekends it's okay to take a break.

Nootropics (AddieUP)

AddieUP is an all natural way to get the focus and energy you need to get through the day. A carefully selected Nootropic stack mixed with other naturally stimulating ingredients can get you through any afternoon slump! A pill that makes you smarter is too good to be true, but with AddieUP you'll notice a boost of energy and increased mental focus as well as memory support.
